Our Reception Staff


Head Receptionist

Sharlie-Anne joined us in 2017 after working for four years at the East of England Ambulance Trust as a call handler.

She lives locally with her husband, son, step-son and three cats; Daisy, Binky and a very handsome British Shorthair called George.

Receptionist/Accounts Administrator

Diana has been at the practice since 1998. She is married and lives in Old Warden with her husband and their two working Cocker Spaniels Pepsi and Cola 

She enjoys the variety that the role offers and the contact with the clients and their animals.

Vicki joined us in 2015 after working as a doctor's receptionist for 15 years.

She lives in Biggleswade with her husband and 2 rescue dogs called Teddy and Sadie.

Ellie started at the practice in 2015 after having gained plenty of experience working at other local veterinary practices.

She has a young daughter who was born in 2019, as well as four dogs; two pugs and two English Bulldogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, running her small side business and her pug group.

She enjoys her role at the practice due to the interaction with clients and sharing her passion for animals with her colleagues.

Rebecca joined us in June 2021.

She lives in Cardington where she keeps her horse, Boomer who she says keeps her fit and takes up most of her spare time.

She really enjoys the busy working environment at the practice and the variety of working on reception.

Jenna joined the Practice in May 2025 bringing with her 4 years worth of experience of working in an independent veterinary practice.
She achieved her Registered Veterinary Receptionist (RVR) qualification in February 2023 and her Diploma in Veterinary Client Care Non Clinical Skills (DipNCS(VCC)) in July 2024.
Jenna enjoys all aspects of her role, meeting clients and especially meeting their furry friends, even more so if a cuddle is involved!
Jenna lives locally with her husband, a crazy springer spaniel called Stanley and a beautiful British Shorthair called Nancy.
